Is that still some original paint on the bottom?
Sand blast it, paint it and its new again.

No rot at all, it's been painted 2-3 times, at least it looks like it was cream to start, then yellow, then cream again, it's been welded on, and has some stress cracks that will need welding at some point. Mechanically its about perfect though.
