It's in the rough alright, but I've seen equals or worse become shining stars!

Glenn, is that yours... I love the seat...does it have adjustable lumbar support?

For nearly 50 years old it's not bad. The hood looks nice and straight, looks to me like find a seat for it and a good cleaning and you might be amazed.

I like it. Nothing wrong with that. Like Larry said, clean that baby up and it will look great. Either paint the wheels or get new ones and you'll be surprised how that alone improves the look! :)

The swivel boat seat was on it when I bought in '93. It's not a bad retrofit. The sheet metal is very straight. About the only thing I found that is missing is the choke cable. I'm in the process of rebuilding the carb. Got 2 bolts to put helicoil in and I should be close to restart. Only thing I found wrong with the deck is a missing woodruff key in a drive pulley. Getting kind of excited. This is an excellent forum and I thank you folks for your input.

Nice work. Now that the bug has bitten you, it wont be long before you are longing for an addition to keep the B-1 company!

A B-1 is becomming a difficult find, especially in rare, barn fresh condition! You got something there...glad you got it running. Can't wait to see it work. What's your plan for her? You gonna polish her, or make her earns some more stripes in the lawn and garden?

Looks respectable. A wash and a little touch up paint and voila! it's good to go.
