It's sure in good condition. Usually not that much decent paint on them, so surely stored under roof most or all of it's life. The pull behind mower.....has it's own engine? Looks like there's no belts on the front pto pulley...is the jackshaft underneath? Definitely no driveshaft for a rear pto. Can you post a pic of the pull mower? That makes a big difference to value.
The tractor has a 12hp Briggs. Missing the box lids, unless they are there but off.
As rare as they are, they usually don't sell all that high. This one with the blade could go anywhere from $700 to $1,000, depending on how bad the buyer wants it. The mower would just add whatever the mower is worth.
This tractor looks pretty good. Could you get a pic of the dash? Both my JBI's appear to have had woodgrain dashes, but barely can make anything out.
You said 3pt hitch, but I'm not seeing any lift arms, and the lift links aren't there either going by the pics. If these parts are missing, it will put the price toward lower end of scale.
This is just my best guess, based on my buys & others I've seen.

BTW...the Hydrogear hydro & differential in these is the same as used in the early John Deere 140's, except the 140's had individual turning brake calipers bolted to the axle tubes with discs on the hubs.
The JB's are tough units, and make good garden tractors. You'd have a rare tractor too, which is always cool!

I have the 3 JBI's and then yours, and all 4 have differences at the steering box juncture areas. Guess they used what they could get & adapted things to fit.
The jackshaft assembly under front axle is gone, one box lid is missing, levers missing knobs, & evidently parts of the 3pt lift are gone also. Not a good look at the mower, but I'd offer $750. maybe a bit more. But if you want it & willing to give more, then it's worth it. Not a lot of them selling to get a good handle of worth, so it's more of what it's worth to you.
The only other I've seen up close for sale had $1500 on it, but it was 100% complete & with complete rear pto, 3pt lift, and belly mower, plus the push blade. And it was a JBI, 14hp.

Well from the attachments... $500-600 doesn't sound bad to me.

Ugly! So mine is ugly? Yeah, they are a wee bit odd, but that's kind of a good thing. Mine doesn't have the belly lift linkages though. My other one does though. Mine does have a couple mods to it from stock too.
