I think this is a permanent match. Got it together at the same time it started pouring. The belt is about shot (seller said it was) but other than that every last clip, pin and brackket was there. Other than that I changed the oil and a piece of fuel line I didn't like. I think this has made my permanent list before I've done any work with it!
Does anyone think a belt gaurd on this is a little ridiculous??

It is nice, One's I want most is a post hole digger and trencher only Allis offered for the Bee's, so on my impossible list add the rear forklift too. I dont want a loader untill the tractor it goes on can mount a backhoe too. Yup. Gonna start buying lotto tickets tomorrow!
Just missed a 3212V/hydrolift in townsend ma for $100, stuck in second, was hoping you got it |

hey larry isnt it nice to check off another attachment lol im always looking weather i need it or not looks nice on the 2110 . my apprentice at work has twin 2110 got one last year from a member haven't seen in a while on here and i gave it to about a month ago after major surgery sour deal on the sellers part took advantage of a new guy that new nothing needed a motor and bgb was totaled and got a great deal on the second not to long ago i keep trying to get him to post some pics but no go yet |

or the forward mechanical friction clutch on a 3416H, in fact I just measured the snowblower hitch for that RBT setup, and changing the flat idler to a v idler it wil go right on FDT Weedcutter. The one problem is the pulley on that PTO is twice the size of the FDT one so the cutter would probably be turning full speed at idle or just over.
But there are possibilities. |

Yeah, they never really stop till the tractor is off! It would be a fantastic use of an electric clutch... |

The first thing I did after getting it mounted was start the engine, and with out the PTO engaged walke around it to find the blades spinning just fine with the PTO off... about 8" from my ankle. YOW!! Consideration is required. Then I engaged the PTO and I can easily see where it would send chips flying all over.
It says right on it not to use within 50' of anything. I could see it sending a rock flying further than that. |

I think the belt guard is kind of funny, kind of the least of your problems! :) And I use mine without the guard because at present I take the belt off the front PTO after each use. Just in case kids hit the starter button it would spin the blades since my clutch doesn't totally disengage... |

I would use a belt cover on this rig before I would a blower...you'll get some serious stuff flying, and I'm thinking the right limb would pop that belt right off, bend some stuff, etc. Plus, there's so much dirt, chips, weeds, etc moving through there, that the shield probably helps prevent pulley and belt wear.
Your pair looks good...I think the Battleship Grey makes it look too sophisticated for ya anyway... =] |

I'm redoing the white on the tractor, and it'll look nice, the trick is not to make the white so nice I have to paint the rest too... |
