Gee, Brad, you're the kind of buyer I want to stay away from. Quit talking about it and go over there and make him an offer. LOL
BRAD1975 Posted - 05/31/2015 : 23:29:39
i still see it where it sits

it keeps calling my name
BRAD1975 Posted - 08/06/2014 : 12:43:23
i talked to that neighbour twice this week..tractor is still in the same spot

im still doing good and didnt buy it but it getting harder and harder to resist
BRAD1975 Posted - 09/03/2013 : 20:35:45
its still sitting there...ive managed to control myself so far

i have a lead on a really cheap terramite tractor though ...driving me nuts
BRAD1975 Posted - 04/28/2013 : 00:06:34
ive been watching for him...he's one of those good neighbours who minds his own business lol..just the way i like it

money in my pocket i figure if i see him ill probably buy it..and if i dont...then i dont

worst case scenario is i tinker with it a bit get it running and quick flip it to someone who can give it the time it deserves

Sounds to me if you don't want another project it would be a great one to buy just to resell. Could be a couple hundred dollars of profit in it.
BRAD1975 Posted - 04/23/2013 : 16:52:34
yeah but im so tired of picking up projects and just selling them before im done...i dont have a big yard and the people that own the place are getting fed up of my stuff lol

it looks awful rough..and all i saw was the tractor..the other stuff is at his "buddies place"

there was a snowblower too..and rear chains...i forgot to mention that..
olcowhand Posted - 04/23/2013 : 16:26:24
DO NOT deliberate....go buy the thing! The hydraulic tiller is worth more than that!
